Introduction

Welcome to First Choice Valet Trash LLC's valet trash service. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling or continuing service. These terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both First Choice Valet Trash LLC and our clients.

1. Service Overview

Our valet trash service offers convenient doorstep trash collection for residential communities. The service includes regular pick-ups as specified in your community's agreement.

2. Service Hours and Collection Days

  • Service Schedule: Collection times typically begin at 8 PM and end by 10 PM unless otherwise specified.

  • Holiday Schedule: Service may be delayed or rescheduled on major holidays, including but not limited to New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. Clients will be notified of any changes.

3. Resident Responsibilities

  • Trash Preparation: Residents must bag all trash securely and place it outside the door or in the provided container by the designated collection time.

  • Prohibited Items: The following items will not be collected: hazardous materials, bulk items, furniture, items with broken glass, and biohazardous waste. Violation of these restrictions may lead to refusal of service or additional charges.

  • Container Use: Any containers provided by First Choice Valet Trash LLC must be used as instructed and remain in good condition.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Service Fees: Fees for valet trash services are billed according to the terms of the agreement with the community or individual contract.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due as specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of service.

  • Rate Changes: First Choice Valet Trash LLC reserves the right to change service rates with 30 days' notice to the affected clients.

5. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel contracted services in accordance with the terms outlined in the signed contract.

  • Termination by First Choice Valet Trash LLC: First Choice Valet Trash LLC reserves the right to terminate service for non-compliance with these terms, non-payment, or other violations deemed significant. Clients will be notified of termination.

6. Safety and Liability

  • Resident Safety: First Choice Valet Trash LLC aims to provide safe and efficient service. However, residents are encouraged to follow safety precautions when placing trash for collection.

  • Damage to Property: First Choice Valet Trash LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from improper trash disposal or placement by residents. Any damage caused directly by our staff during the collection process should be reported immediately for review.

7. Service Modifications

First Choice Valet Trash LLC may adjust service terms, schedules, or protocols at its discretion. Notice of any changes will be provided to clients as necessary.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under Florida state law.
